Admission & General Policy

These policies are designed to keep our Korean-style spa safe, quiet, and welcoming for everyone. By entering Paradise Spa & Sauna, you agree to follow the rules below.

1) Admission & Day Pass

  • Admission includes facility access only. Spa services and in-house purchases are not included.
  • General admission vouchers are valid for a day pass during operating hours.
  • Customers under the influence of alcohol will be denied admission.
  • Paradise Spa & Sauna is a smoke-free environment (no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or vaping).

2) ID, Check-in & Locker Keys

  • All guests must present a physical government/state-issued photo ID at check-in.
  • To receive a locker key, guests must leave one of the following at the front desk: government ID, credit card, car key, or valet ticket.
  • Lost locker key fee: $50.00 per key.

3) Re-Entry Policy

No re-entry. Once you exit the premises, you may not re-enter. No exceptions.

4) Guest Conduct & Right to Refuse Service

To protect a peaceful environment, we may deny entry or ask guests to leave for any of the following:

  • Contagious illnesses or visible skin conditions that raise health-code concerns
  • Inappropriate activity, unruly behavior, sexual misconduct, stalking, discrimination, profanity, or verbal harassment
  • Physical violence or threats toward guests or staff

Paradise Spa & Sauna reserves the right to refuse service at any time.

5) Hygiene, Swimwear & Devices

  • Please shower before entering pools, saunas, or steam rooms.
  • In our traditional Korean bathhouse areas (gender-separated), swimwear is not allowed. Loungewear is worn in co-ed zones.
  • No photography or video in locker and bathing areas. For privacy, phones must be silenced throughout the facility.
  • No outside food or drink; no alcohol on premises.

6) Age & Guardian Policy

  • Children under the age of 10 are not permitted.
  • Ages 10–18 are permitted only when accompanied by a same-sex guardian.
  • Guardians must sign a waiver at the front desk. Seniors and pregnant guests are also required to sign a waiver.

7) Health & Safety

  • Elderly persons or guests with heart conditions, diabetes, high/low blood pressure, or on heavy medication should consult a medical professional before using high-temperature areas (wet/dry).
  • Do not use saunas, hot tubs, or steam rooms if you feel unwell. Hydrate and rest as needed.

8) Prohibited Items & Substances

  • Alcohol, outside food/drinks, illegal substances
  • Hazardous, inappropriate, or illegal materials
