1) Admission & What’s Included

• Spa services are not included in admission. A Day Pass is required to enter the facility and access any service.
• Service prices do not include admission, taxes, or gratuity unless stated otherwise.

2) Reservations & Check-In Time

• We strongly recommend advance reservations for all services.
• Check in 30 minutes prior to your appointment. If you have not checked in by then, Paradise Spa & Sauna may cancel the appointment to accommodate other guests.

3) Satisfaction Window (First 5 Minutes)

• Guests receiving a spa service may stop treatment within the first 5 minutes for any reason and request assistance at the front desk.
• No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction after the full service has been completed.

4) Service Duration & Preparation Time

• All listed durations include consultation, preparation, transition, and change time.
• Actual hands-on time may vary slightly based on your needs and safety considerations.

5) Changes, Cancellations & No-Shows

Standard Policy

• 12+ hours’ notice: No charge.
• <12 hours’ notice: 25% charge of the reserved service price.
• No-show (failure to arrive): 100% charge of the reserved service price.

One-Time Courtesy Reschedule (for <12h notice)

• Guests may receive one complimentary reschedule when notice is given with less than 12 hours to the original appointment.
• After this reschedule is set, the new appointment cannot be cancelled or altered without a fee:
  • Advance notice given: 25% charge of the reserved service price.
  • No-show for the new time: 100% charge of the reserved service price.

6) Late Arrivals

• Guests who arrive late will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
• You may receive an abbreviated, prorated service to end at the scheduled time, or—depending on availability—be offered a later time the same day.

7) Policy Agreement & Enforcement

• By entering Paradise Spa & Sauna, you agree to follow all posted rules and policies.
• Guests must adhere to all spa policies or face immediate dismissal without refund.
• Serious or repeated violations may result in recorded identification and a permanent ban as permitted by law.

8) Additional Notes

• Policies may change without prior notice. Paradise Spa & Sauna reserves the right to change, amend, or modify all or part of its policies at any time.
