To keep our Korean-style spa clean, safe, and respectful, please follow the rules below. By entering the facilities, you agree to these policies.

1) Uniforms & Attire in Common Areas

  • Paradise Spa & Sauna uniforms must be worn at all times in common (co-ed) areas. Wristbands must remain visible.
  • Outside sleepwear, towels, blankets, and pillows are not permitted in the facility.

2) Lockers & Footwear

  • Keep your shoes in your shoe locker. Outside footwear is not permitted beyond the locker area.
  • Use spa sandals where provided. Please walk carefully—wet floors may be slippery.

3) Bathing Area Attire (Traditional Rules)

  • In gender-separated bathing areas, bathing suits and clothing are not allowed (traditional Korean bathhouse etiquette).
  • Loungewear is for co-ed common areas only; do not wear loungewear in the pools, hot/cold baths, steam rooms, or showers.
  • If you have a medical or religious attire concern, please speak with the front desk before entering wet areas.

4) Showers, Hygiene & Clean Water

  • All guests must shower before and after using the baths.
  • Please remove lotions, oils, and makeup before entering pools/saunas/steam rooms.
  • Long hair should be tied back. Do not rinse hair dye in communal areas.
  • No shaving, hair dyeing, or personal exfoliation (scrub mitts, pumice, etc.) in communal baths, steam rooms, or saunas.
  • Rinse off any body products (e.g., salt/scrub) completely before entering the water.

5) Towels, Uniforms & Laundry Return

  • Bring a towel to sit or lie on in saunas/steam to keep benches clean.
  • Do not wring towels into pools or leave items on wet floors.
  • Return all towels and uniforms to designated laundry bins after use.

6) Wet-Area Safety & Prohibited Activities

  • No running, diving, splashing, or disruptive behavior in wet areas.
  • No glass containers in any wet zone. Water in non-glass bottles only.
  • No food or outside beverages are allowed in locker, bathing, sauna, or steam areas.
