Dispute & Chargebacks Policy

These terms explain how we handle billing disputes, refunds within our 20-minute grace period, and when refunds are not available. By booking or entering Paradise Spa & Sauna, you agree to the policies below.

1) Disputes & Chargebacks

  • Guests agree not to file chargebacks, claims, or disputes with their card issuer for online or in-facility purchases without first contacting us to resolve the matter.
  • Please bring any billing concerns to the front desk during your visit, or email us promptly afterward so we can investigate and assist.
  • This policy does not waive any rights provided by applicable law.

2) 20-Minute Grace Period (Day Pass Refunds)

If the facility feels too crowded or you are dissatisfied, you may request a refund within 20 minutes of check-in at the front desk. Staff will verify eligibility before you exit.

*“Amenities” include saunas, hot/cold baths, steam rooms, showers, relaxation lounges, towel service, and similar facilities.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible.
  • Refunds under this section apply to the entrance price (Day Pass). Spa services and retail items follow their respective policies.

3) No-Refund Situations

No refunds, discounts, or rain checks will be issued for any of the following:

  • The facility being busy, loud, or crowded
  • Specific rooms or equipment not meeting a guest’s personal expectations
  • Temporary downtime for cleaning, maintenance, or safety

4) Changes to Policies, Prices & Amenities

  • Rules and regulations may change with or without notice.
  • Prices, amenity availability, and treatment offerings may also change with or without notice.

5) Conduct (PDA)

  • Excessive public displays of affection (PDA) are prohibited.
  • Please maintain a calm, respectful environment for all guests.
